    สัปดาห์เครือข่ายTHAICID เพื่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้อย่างบูรณาการ ประจำปี 2562
    The THAICID Network Week for Integrated Knowledge Sharing 2019 (THAICID-NWIKS 2019)

    งานจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันอังคารที่ 30 กรกฎาคม – วันศุกร์ที่ 2 สิงหาคม 2562 ณ สถาบันพัฒนาการชลประทาน กรมชลประทาน ปากเกร็ด นนทบุรี โดยคณะกรรมการด้านการชลประทานและการระบายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย (THAICID) โดย คณะทำงานด้านวิชาการ THAICID คณะทำงานสำนักงานเลขาธิการ และ คณะอนุกรรมการด้านน้ำและระบบนิเวศของนาข้าว (INWEPF) ร่วมกับ สมาคมศิษย์เก่าวิศวกรรมชลประทาน ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์กรมชลประทาน เครือข่ายสถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานราชการและเอกชน

    โดยการจัดงานมีขึ้นทั้งสิ้น 5 วัน และแบ่งเป็นการจัดประชุมวิชาการ 12th THAICID National Symposium ในวันพุธที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2562

    Main Theme: Water, Energy and Food Security NEXUS toward Innovated Irrigation and drainage in Thailand (มิติความสัมพันธ์ น้ำ พลังงาน อาหาร สรรสร้างนวัตกรรมการชลประทานและการระบายน้ำในประเทศไทย)

    Sub Theme :

    1. Innovated water resources management; including surface water and groundwater to ensure water sustainability for environment and ecosystem, to support water, food, and energy security.
      นวัตกรรมสรรสร้างการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำ ทั้งน้ำผิวดินและใต้ดิน เพื่อความยั่งยืนของสภาพแวดล้อมและระบบนิเวศลุ่มน้ำ ในมิติความสัมพันธ์ น้ำ พลังงาน อาหาร

    2. Innovated development of all scale irrigation systems and irrigation water management for food security policy within the framework of global climate change, land consolidation management, land conversion protection, and green energy.
      นวัตกรรมสรรสร้างการพัฒนาระบบชลประทานในทุกระดับ (Micro to Large scales) รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการน้ำชลประทานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายความมั่นคงด้านอาหาร ภายใต้กรอบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศโลก รวมถึงการรักษาพื้นที่ชลประทาน และการประยุกต์ใช้พลังงานสีเขียวร่วมในการพัฒนา

    3. Improvement of irrigation water and drainage productivity including efficient and effective water use, Reuse-Reduce-Recycle, incentive and disincentive system, capacity building including non-state actors, Utilize SMART irrigation management.
      การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการชลประทานและการระบายน้ำ รวมถึงการใช้น้ำให้เกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุด ภายใต้กรอบ “3R รักษ์โลก” (Reuse-Reduce-Recycle) การสร้างแรงจูงใจและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของผู้ใช้น้ำในทุกภาคส่วน รวมถึงการประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรมสรรสร้างการบริหารจัดการน้ำชลประทานในรูปแบบ SMART Irrigation Management
