คณะกรรมการด้านการชลประทานและการระบายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย (THAICID) ร่วมกับกรมชลประทาน ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมวิชาการ 10th THAICID NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM เมื่อวันพุธที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2560 ณ ห้องบอลรูม 1 โรงแรมริชมอนด์ อำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี หัวข้อ “เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่เพื่อการบริหารจัดการน้ำแบบยั่งยืน”

โดยนายสาธิต มณีผาย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านวิศวกรรมชลประทาน ด้านสำรวจและหรือออกแบบ (รองประธาน THAICID) เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุม นายทวีศักดิ์ ธนเดโชพล รองอธิบดีฝ่ายบริหาร กรมชลประทาน นายชัยวัฒน์ ปรีชาวิทย์ (อดีตรองประธาน ICID และกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ) นายธนา สุวัฑฒน (ประธานคณะทำงานด้านวิชาการ THAICID) เข้าร่วมการประชุม พร้อมวิทยากรรับเชิญ จากประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนจำนวน 3 ท่าน และสำนักสำรวจด้านวิศวกรรมและธรณีวิทยา กรมชลประทาน นำโดยนายประทีป ภักดีรอด และคณะ ผู้นำเสนอบทความจำนวน 6 ท่าน จากบทความทั้งหมด 11 บทความ

Seventh International Conference and Exhibition on Water Resources and Renewable Energy Development in Asia Danang, Vietnam ~ 13-15 March 2018

We are pleased to announce that ASIA 2018 – the Seventh International Conference and Exhibition on 'Water Resources and Renewable Energy Development in Asia' - will take place in Danang, Central Vietnam, from 13 to 15 March next year.

Ten years on from our second event in this series, the Vietnamese government and industry are pleased to welcome international delegates back to Danang, where a large new international exhibition and congress centre is nearing completion, adjacent to the elegant Furama resort where ASIA 2008 took place. This state-of-the-art Ariyana Danang Centre will host the major APEC summit later this year.

A foundational theme of ASIA 2018 will be international collaboration, with much discussion focusing on transboundary projects and power trading in the Asian region. Speakers will discuss collaboration between: Laos, Vietnam, China and Cambodia; and, between India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh.

Other key topics will be climate resilience, flood management, safety of water infrastructure, synergy between renewables, finance, innovations in technology for large and small schemes, best practice in environmental and social aspects, and capacity building. ....
